You just have to keep remelting it sligh...Hi Kate,<br /><br />You just have to keep remelting it slightly until it goes really runny. But still being careful not to over cook it. On colder nights you may have to remelt more frequently. When it starts to be a think layer on the cake pops you know its time to remelt. Lol. I use the Nestle chocolate melts I think my microwave takes a little longer to melt them than the instructions so just experiment and see if you can melt it a little more. I hope you enjoy them.
